Claude Ayache is a self-employed consultant and has been President of Exadyn Consultants Inc., a financial management consulting firm specializing in providing financial reporting support and capital market advisory services to public companies since 1999 in addition to strategic restructuring/reorganization services to both private and public companies.
Mr. Ayache has assisted KeatsConnelly & Associates, based in Phoenix, AZ, and their sister company Cross Border Tax & Accounting, based in Boynton Beach, FL, as a Senior Tax Specialist working with high-net-worth clients and solving their complex cross-border tax issues. In 2016, Mr. Ayache joined Findev Inc. a real estate finance company to help bring it public on to the TSX Venture. Since going public Findev has returned over 90% back to shareholders via dividends and increased shareholders’ equity. In 2016, Mr. Ayache also assumed the role of CFO for onConference Inc., a telecommunication company based in Toronto, Ontario and Las Vegas, NV. Since 2018, Mr. Ayache has been CFO of First Lithium Minerals Inc., an exploration company with assets in Chile, and helped bring the company public onto the CSE in August 2022 as part of a concurrent financing of $7 million.
Recently, Mr. Ayache was appointed VP of Finance for Stemtech Corporation, a publicly reporting company under SEC with offices in Canada, Ecuador, Malaysia, Taiwan, and its head office in Miramar, FL.
Mr. Ayache received a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and International Business from Concordia University in 1984 and holds the following professional designation; Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and obtained his Florida Real Estate License in 2015.
