Deliverables
We took GivBux public via a reverse merger and assisted in the corporate structure of the company. We assisted and coached the management team on corporate matters both public and private allowing the company to prove its concept and scale the business. The combination of our experience going public and knowledge of corporate law gave the management team the confidence they needed to make the right decisions for their business. Our guidance helped them avoid many of the pitfalls that can occur when taking a company public, and we are proud to have played a role in their success.
